I want to take this opportunity to drop you
a short note to acknowledge
the outstanding service I received on my recently
completed patio and
pool paving project.
Looking back I count
myself as fortunate that I chose to deal
with a
single supplier for the pavers, curbing,
stones and stone-dust. I
appreciate the attention that Dante' provided
me upfront, and the guarantee to
"see the project through" if I
needed additional materials. While we
did encounter an issue along the way with
one of the delivery trucks, you
in particular went out of your way to ensure
the materials would be
delivered on time and that my contractors
would not be waiting idle for
the goods.
Most notably, when
I ran short of materials towards the end
of the
project, you came through on very short
notice, delivering the materials
over the next two business days. That speaks
volumes to your excellent
customer focus.
With your help the
project has been a great success. I would
feel very
comfortable recommending anyone to work
with Martingetti for their

I would like to compliment you on your sales staff. I came in last Saturday, at about 12:30, looking for a few slate pieces to finish a repair job. It was hot out and I'm certain that everyone wanted to be done by your 1pm closing time. Yet one of your employees, Steven, took the time and effort to get the best match for what I needed. He had to rush around the lot with the sun beating down on him, but he was pleasant throughout, lookiong for the best matcch for my slate. He is a credit to your company. He was cheerful and thoroughly knowledgeable and his solution to my problem worked perfectly. Had it not been for him, we would not have been able to complete the job correctly and on time. By the time we got to the check out, it was well after 1pm and I couldn't help but notice that not one of your employees, and there were still quite a few there, was the least upset that it was after 1 and there were still customers being helped. I apologized for being there after one but was quickly told that it wasn't a problem; it's not unusual for the day to run late.You must be doing something right to have such a pleasant and knowledgeable workforce. When we put down our new patio next year, I will certainly come to you guys for the stone.
